REQUESTING A PAID ASSESSMENT LETTER:
Your home is located in a Planned Unit Development (Residential) or PUD and may be required to have a Paid Assessment Letter for your closing and for purposes of obtaining a mortgage loan.  Do not contact the Board of Directors with account inquiries.  All inquiries and Paid Assessment Letter requests must be made to Community Association Management, LLC (CAM), as follows:

The requestor will be charged an amount set by CAM and the Association.  Account payments may be made by check or money order mailed to CAM at the above address.  Payment by Credit Card or Electronic Check is available on the CAM website, with a service charge set by the Credit Card Processor.
